40 days of fitness – day 3

Day 3 – Do your one thing – I’m doing my push ups.
Water is important. It can really be the one thing you change and it will make a big difference. Here are three different commitment levels for your water intake.
1. A puddle. – Add 2 glasses of water to your day. You don’t have to give up what you normally drink just add these in. You could go for three and have one at every meal.
2. A lake. – Give up all other liquids except for one glass of something and drink water for the rest of the day.
3. An ocean. – try and drink half your weight of water in ounces everyday. So if you way 150 lbs. Try and drink 75 ounces of water a day.

    this is where I have issues, I just can’t seem to ever remember to drink more water! I need to work on it:)
