40 Days of Fitness – Day 10

Do your one thing. I am getting sick of push-ups but I do enjoy that each and everyday it is getting easier and easier. Have you been doing your one thing everyday? Each time you do it makes it that much closer to being a habit.

Todays tip is to form a good habit this month. Maybe it’ll be your one thing. Think if you didn’t do anything else this month establishing one healthy habit that sticks is a pretty great accomplishment. I think my real habit is blog posting every night, but in truth if I haven’t finished all of my push ups by this time then I finish them up, so in a way I guess I’m starting to establish two habits :). He says that a habit forms in 21 days… if you do your one thing everyday with me for all forty it’s almost like you super duper established the habit… you can do it.
