40 Days of Fitness – Day 12

Do your one thing.
Are you orgnized? I’m not, but it’s really one of the main things I would like to learn to do. And maybe it’s because I’m often unorganized that I love organizational printables. I pretend that if I have a cutte printable then I will follow through with my goal… but really what works for me is accountability. If I have to look at someone and admit what I did or did not do well that will keep me on the straight and narrow. But you might like printables and charts and ideas on how to get started. So please check out this adorable post from Design Finch that has 10 different fitness planning printables and they’re all cute. My favorite is the first one because it makes it simple one goal for each day of the week and then check boxes for 84 days… that is two 40 days of fitnesses. I hope you like them.
