Do your one thing.
Do you like sugar? I do. Not as much as I like cheese but I do like it. But I’ve been reading a lot about how sugar can act as a drug in your body. It can change the way things should be working and cause you to crave more. If you think that maybe cutting back on sugar is something that you would like to do here are some resources… we can do it together.
