40 Days of Fitness – Day 14

Do your one things and think… wow I’ve done that for two weeks in a row. My one thing is 50 push ups a day… I was hoping to be doing them off my knees by day 20 but that might just be a pipe dream.
Today’s tip – Work on your core. Your mid section is really your stabilizing muscles, it helps protect your back, it helps you with all of your daily activities. I’ve been doing something a little each day for my arms so I thought I would try and do a minichallenge inside of the 40 days of fitness. So here is the 7 day ab challenge. I like it because all the videos are on the website. I’m going to try and do it at night and see if I can get my husband to join in. Check it out here.
