40 days of fitness – Day 17

Do your one thing!
Today’s tip – Be consistent. Oh consistency why do you ellude me. I have a friend named Kerin who is the most consistent person I’ve ever met. She is in the best shape of her life because she does something everyday. She never goes on a crazy binger with food, she never misses more than a couple of days of working out and only very rarely. She is literally getting up everyday doing her workout and over years has come to this great state of fitness. So this days tip. Do it everyday or everyother day, but don’t stop, don’t work out when you feel like it – do it on a schedule. I had a training schedule for my marathon, it was awesome because I knew I had to do it. It keep me on track. Even if all you doing is a 15 minute walk on the treadmill if you do it everyday IT WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

    Aww thanks Kelly:) And everyday is still hard! And I do food binge! And I aslo can not give up my sweets for the life of me:)
