Do your one thing! I actually only did 10 push ups yesterday. THe stomach flu hit my youngest daughter and I totally forgot, I also forgot to write a post.
So lets see a tip for today… hmmm don’t get the flu.
There are two schools of thought on whether or not to get a flu shot, that is totally up to you, but there are somethings you can do to avoid the flu.
- Wash hands- seriously over and over and over again. Help your kids to cover their mouth when they sneeze and cough.
- Don’t touch your eyes, nose and mouth.
- Keep healthy by drinking lots of water and eating lots of healthy fruits and vegetables.
Sorry this isn’t the best post but being up all night with a sick kid has cut into my thinking abilities.
