40 Days of Fitness – Day 18

Do your one thing! I actually only did 10 push ups yesterday. THe stomach flu hit my youngest daughter and I totally forgot, I also forgot to write a post.
So lets see a tip for today… hmmm don’t get the flu.
There are two schools of thought on whether or not to get a flu shot, that is totally up to you, but there are somethings you can do to avoid the flu.

  1. Wash hands- seriously over and over and over again. Help your kids to cover their mouth when they sneeze and cough.
  2. Don’t touch your eyes, nose and mouth.
  3. Keep healthy by drinking lots of water and eating lots of healthy fruits and vegetables.

Sorry this isn’t the best post but being up all night with a sick kid has cut into my thinking abilities.
