Do your one thing…. I’m doing big girl push ups now… no knees.

Our family is loving our healthy food game. I have to tell you something that has helped us is that we have a line that says special thing and we all have something we’re working on, for me it’s my push ups, Miss Thing has to jump rope 30 times, etc. It helps them get to 6 good things. So if you don’t have that you might want to only have 5 boxes checked to move up… but you mayb just be healthier than us and can do 6 no problem.
