40 Days of Fitness – Day 22

Do your one thing! Seriously doing real pushups is way harder. I’m doing 5 sets of ten but I do through throughout the day. I can’t even picture being able to do 50 real pushups in a row! But hopefully consistency will be on my side.

Today’s Tip – Eat breakfast. I know you hear it all the time, but there is a reason for it. Even if it’s the same thing everyday go for it. Also if you do work out in the morning, there are benefits to doing a fasted workout, but make sure you eat right afterwardds or within the half hour.
