40 Days of Fitness – Day 24

Do your one thing! I’m not going to miss doing my one thing now that I have a push up buddy!

Today’s my Dad’s birthday. So my tip is to encourage your parents to be healthy. I know they are probably in their 50s or 60s but encoruaging them to make healthy choices gives you an incentive to be a good role model for health. Having them see your children make healthy choices will make them want to do it as well.
