And as a little aside if you already have a crazy work out schedule – you can always add a little something. I jog M-W-TH and S but I’m adding these extra things in to hopefully get stronger.
Do 10 minutes of cardio. Here are some ideas… 10 minute dance party with your kids. We are going to do this. Walk for 10 minutes – this is very versatile. You can walk around your house while you talk on the phone, you can walk at the mall, you can do laps around your office during your lunch break. You can bike, take a hike, go to the gym or do a little cardio exercise tape.
