This is the last day of the first week – you can do it do your one thing today!
Today my family and I started our family health board. The girls loved it and each drank and extra glass of water before bed so I’m expecting to wake up to someone saying they have to go to the bathroom.
So todays tip or challenge is know if you are actually hungry. I often eat when I’m thirsty and I don’t even realize it, I often eat when I’m bored and I ignore it, I often eat when I’m upset because it makes me feel better (for a little bit). So today when you go to grab something to eat, think about – am I thirsty, upset, bored or am I actually hungry. I think I might try and drink water before I eat if I’m hungry just to make sure.
