40 Days of Fitness – Day 8

Do your one thing. I’m not even joking I actually have slight arm definition from doing push ups for 7 days in a row. That is pretty unheard of for me. Keep up the good work we’re almost a quarter of the way through.
Today I did this work out  – The 4 minute cardio challenge. There are alot of these out there, and there was one I use to do a lot, but I think the joy of working out is that you can do something different all the time. So here goes let’s do this today.  These are good if you usually work out in the morning or if you want to start working out in the morning but can’t really get up super early. This you can do! It helped me when I did this work out to put a stopwatch on my laptop. I used this stopwatch just pick the green up arrow. I only did the work out once so it literally took 4 minutes and then I did my one thing (50 pushups) and some ab work. I was done in 12 minutes. If you don’t ever work out give this one a try. It tells you how to do each move – you can do it.
